Deatrick, Mary Pauline "Polly" View/Sign Guest Book DEATRICK, MARY PAULINE "POLLY," 70, of Louisville, died Saturday, February 7, 2009, at Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was the former Mary Pauline Thacker, a retired teacher for Beth Haven Christian School and Jefferson County Public Schools, a member of Shively Heights Baptist Church, and Central Music's Life Group. She was preceded in death by her sister, Edith Huddleston. She is survived by her husband, David R. Deatrick Sr.; son, David R. Deatrick Jr. and wife Penny C., Deatrick; grandson, David "Ross" Deatrick III; sisters, Frances Long and Katherine Eaton; and brother, Lewis G. Thacker Jr. Her funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Embry-Bosse Funeral Home, 2723 Preston Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday.
