DeCore, Mary "Marlene" View/Sign Guest Book DECORE, MARY "MARLENE," 72, of Louisville, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, October 21, 2008. She was born in Louisville to the late Harold and Virginia Okey. She was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church and Incarnations Senior Club. She loved devoting her time for many years to the charitable organization, Candy for Caring. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 52 years, Fred DeCore. She is survived by three loving daughters, Ronda Goodin (Ricky), Kelly Dunavent (Phil), and Angie Deddens (Lenny); one sister, Barbara Okey; five grandchildren, Kevin Roseberry (Heather), Lindsey Rinaldi (Jeff), Sean Smith, Nikki Wilcox, and Courtney Deddens; and three great-grandchildren, Hannah Dostson, Kaeden Smith and Madison Roseberry. Funeral arrangements will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace, with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Friday and 9-9:30 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. The family request donations be made to the Franciscan Friars, c/o Incarnation Catholic Church.
