Mary Ditto

Ditto, Mary "Paula",81, passed away on December 30, 2014.She was the former Mary Clements, a retired school teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools where she worked for 27 ½ years, teaching at Millcreek and Gutermuth. She was a member of the Kentucky and Jefferson County Teachers Associations and also a member of Shively Baptist Church, where she was the Church Librarian, was a Sunday School Teacher, a member of the Choir and the Church Handbells and the WMU.Preceding her in death were her parents, Spalding and Pearl Clements and a daughter, Jeanette Ditto.Survivors include her husband of 65 years, William F. Ditto; daughters, Suzanne Ditto and Denise Sanders (Don); four grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and her brother Louis Clements.Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Shively Baptist Church, 1599 Sadie Lane with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.Visitation will be from 2 - 8 p.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.Expressions of sympathy may be made to Lymphoma Assoc., Hosparus, or her church.
