Mary Ella Songster Heavrin Share E-mail Visit Guest Book HEAVRIN, MARY ELLA SONGSTER, 86, of South Louisville passed from this life on Saturday September 12, 2009 at her home with her loving family by her side.
She was the former Mary Clark, a native of Longmont, CO, a retired employee of the old United Furniture Co., and a member of Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church.
She is survived by her son, Charles Lee Songster; grandchildren, Mary Ba, Carolyn Vannatta, Patricia Songster and Kathy Angel; and nine great grandchildren.
A Mass of celebration for Mary will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3509 Taylor Blvd. with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be at the Southern Home of, Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services from 2-8 p.m. Monday.
Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society .
