HOLLINSEAD, MARYLEE RUTH (HAMMON), 91, of Louisville passed away June 12, 2011 at Baptist Hospital East.
She was a member of VFW Post 8639 Ladies Auxiliary.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Hollinsead; and daughter Linda Smith.
Survivors include her children, Jimmy Hollinsead and Peggy Buschmann; grandchildren, Ron Buschmann and wife, Wendy, William Buschmann and fianceé, Missy, Brian Buschmann and wife, Melissa, Jerry Ward and wife, Sandra and Heather Hardiman and husband, Lee; and great-grandchildren, Michael and Savannah Ward and one on the way.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society .
