Mary King

KING, MARY ELIZABETH, 55, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital.

She was born August 15, 1957 in Louisville, the daughter of William and Naomi Cummings.

She was a member of the Mandarin Christian Church in Jacksonville, FL and also a graduate of Northern Kentucky University.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Craig Mitchell King; her son, Evan Thomas King; her daughter, Emily Katherine Elizabeth King; her parents; four brothers, Steven Cummings (Becky), David Cummings (Patty), Jeff Cummings (Gary) and Patrick Cummings (Amy); and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Kent Cummings.

A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in the Chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son at Westport Village, 7410 Westport Road. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
