McCOY, MARY VIRGINIA (KEMPF), 84, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2012 after a car accident.

A native of Schnellville, IN, she was a fabrication technician for Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company for 20 years and a member of St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church.

She is survived by four sons, Robert McCoy Jr. (Donna), Mark McCoy (Debbie), John McCoy ( Debby) and Thomas McCoy (Melissa); four brothers, Anthony, Norbert, Charles and Eugene Kempf; four sisters, Stella Hart, Martha Horton, Eleanor Hammond and Bernadette Elslager; seven grandchildren; and two great-granddaughters. Her funeral will be 9:30 a.m. Saturday at her church, 1816 Rangeland Road. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
