SHIVELY, MARY ELIZABETH "BETTY," 91, passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013. Betty was retired from Bolton & Co. She was a member of the old Parkway United Methodist Church.

Betty was a warm and friendly individual and was dearly loved by her family. She will forever be remembered and greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; one sister; and a nephew, David G. Hadfield.

She is survived by her sister, Bonnie Jean Hunter (Aubrey); her niece, Phyllis Flamm; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A service to celebrate Betty's life will be noon on Monday, in the chapel of Arch L. Heady-Cralle Funeral Home, 2428 Frankfort Ave., with interment at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Sunday, February 10, 2013.
