WIlson, Mary Frances Meredith View/Sign Guest Book WILSON, MARY FRANCES MEREDITH, 81, of Louisville passed away peacefully January 31, 2009 at her daughter's home in Pelham, AL. She was born December 9, 1927 to Mitch and Lena Hayes Meredith in Bee Springs, KY. Besides Mary, there were 10 siblings in her family consisting of nine brothers and one sister. She was a member of Rockford View United Baptist Church, and had retired from General Electric Company. Survivors include loving her husband of 62 years, Carl C. Wilson; a daughter and only child, Leda Wilson Hopper; son-in-law, Glenn H. Hopper, two grandsons Carl Ray Hopper and Jason H. Hopper and his wife Julie; great grandson, Braxton H. Hopper; great-granddaughter, Nikki Hopper; two brothers Morris, and Walter Meredith; and a sister, Loraine Carrier. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Rockford View United Baptist Church, 2511 Wilkerson Ave., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Tuesday, 4-8 p.m. and Wednesday 9a.m.-noon at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy.
