YODER, MARY A., 97, passed away February 20, 2012.
She was an avid gardener who loved her flowers, a volunteer for Dare to Care, a member of several Senior Groups and Chapel Park Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Darlene Witten Cross (Gen. Fred); son, Arthur Ray Yoder (Levella); sister, Doris Parks; grandchildren, Ray Jr., Robert, Dwight and Russell; a great granddaughter, Kristin; and caregiver, Valerie Spencer and family.
Funeral ceremony is 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chapel Park Baptist Church, 2600 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Monday at the church. Arrangements entrusted to Newcomer Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, expressions may be made to Wayside Christian Mission.
