LAWHORN, MASSIE SR., 85, of Taylorsville, KY, formerly of Fairdale, KY, passed away Monday, April 28, 2014. He was a retired car mechanic working at several companies, last being Neil Huffman, Army veteran and member of American Legion. Survived by his wife, Joyce " Jo"; sons, Massie Jr. (JoAnn) and Jeffrey Lawhorn; daughter, Helena Givans; and granddaughter, Janna. Funeral service will be noon Thursday at Fairdale-McDaniel Funeral Home, 411 Fairdale Road with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
