She is preceded in death by one daughter, Joyce M. Melvin.
She is survived by her husband, Keith Melvin, Jr.; mother, Nina Lawrence; three daughters, Elizabeth Mae Webb, Jessica Lynn Hayes and Shannon Melvin; two sons, Brian Keith Melvin and Keith Melvin III; three brothers, Jed, Byron and Joseph DeWitt; two sisters, Rita Ann Maynard, Ula Couch; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services: 11 a.m. Wednesday February 15, 2012 at Neurath-Schoppenhorst Funeral Home, 1832 W. Market St., with burial LMG, West, with visitation Tuesday, 3-8 p.m. at Neurath-Schoppenhost.
