Hartsfield, Mavis L. (Choate) View/Sign Guest Book HARTSFIELD, MAVIS L. (CHOATE), 67, of Louisville passed away Monday, May 12, 2008. She was a native of Cadiz, KY, and member of Auburndale Church Of Christ. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Cinthia Ann Dunn. Survivors include her husband, Tom E. Hartsfield; four children, Tamantha Zeitz, Timothy Sean Arms (Karissa), Tommy E. Hartsfield II (Jennifer) and Brent Hartsfield (Angela); a sister, Elizabeth Denson; three brothers, Cecil Choate, Bobby Choate, and Ray Sanders; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in the Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Wednesday. Published in The
