ATCHLEY, MAXINE MAE, 84, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013.
She was originally from Oklahoma and adored her loving family.
Maxine is survived by her daughter, Sandra Decker (Paul); son, Donnie Middlebrook (Diane); one grandchild and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving companion, Precious, her dog.
Services are private. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Kentuckiana.
