Michael Dembek

DEMBEK, MICHAEL G., 50, of Louisville, passed away Monday, March 31, 2008, at University of Louisville Hospital. He was a social worker for the Kentucky Cabinet of Social Services and a Christian by faith. Michael was like a father to many people. Survivors include two sons, Brian Michael Dembek and Josh R. Dembek; father, Chester Dembek; two sisters, Mary Speigel and Anne Vosk. His funeral will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Arch L. Heady & Son, Westport Road at Herr Lane. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 4-9 p.m. on Friday
