JOHNSON, MICHAEL J. "BIG MIKE," 59, returned to his Heavenly Father on Saturday August 24, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert W. Johnson and Daisy Hawkins Johnson. He is survived by sisters Diane Johnson (Gene), Debbie Sanders, Sherry Vessels, and a brother Danny Johnson; niece Ashley Johnson and Marissa Sanders; nephews Jason Johnson and Justin Johnson; and lots of extended family and many loving friends. Big Mike was a member of Teamsters Local 89, and avid sports fan loving his" Wildcats" and Cubs. Big Mike will be missed by all. Funeral service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West).
