Michael Johnson

JOHNSON, MICHAEL L. SR., 53, of Louisville, passed away Monday, February 11, 2008, at Norton Hospital. He was a retired inspector for Ford Motor Company, a member of Parkland Baptist Church, also attended Little Flock Baptist Church and was an assistant scout master, for Troop 72. He is survived by his wife, Lynn Johnson; his children, Kris Hamilton (Aprile), Karyn Taylor (Derik), Heather Frost (Robert), Cindy Duvall (Chris), Michael Johnson Jr. (Melissa) and Kyle Gordon (Ruth); his mother, Nancy Johnson; brothers James Johnson (Janetta), Douglas, Johnson (Donna), and Timothy Johnson (Lisa); sister, Linda Pusey (Lloyd); a brother-in-law, Leon Wood; his grandchildren, Matthew, Dylan, Kennedy, Seth, Madilyn, Madison, and Devin; a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins. His funeral service will be 12:30 p.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road. Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be Thursday from 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Expression of sympathy may be made to The Crusade for Children.
