He is preceded in death by his father, Frank Kimel.
He is survived by his mother, Emma Kimel and sister Cynthia Grillot.
Funeral services will held be at 6:30 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4400 Dixie Highway.
Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 pm until time of service.
