Michael Lynn Smith SMITH, MICHAEL LYNN, age 52, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007 at his home. He is survived by a son, Michael Lynn Smith; three sisters, Margie Nix, Shirley Moske and Sue Caulk; and two brothers, Buddy Smith and Billy Thomas. The family is being served by Neurath & Underwood Funeral Home, 725 East Market St., where the family will receive friends from 1-8 p.m. Thursday. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, East Cemetery.
