Michael Lovensheimer

Michael Ray Lovensheimer, 77, of Radcliff, Kentucky, passed away on June 21, 2022.  He was born on May 19, 1945, in Chillicothe, Ohio to the late William and Ruth (Weinrich) Lovensheimer.

Michael served in the Army and then continued to serve his country as a civilian for 32 years as a postal carrier for the United States Postal Service.  He was a private person, but he enjoyed going to the casino.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Frank Lovensheimer, Vickie Friend and Mark Lovensheimer.

Left to cherish the memories of Michael’s life are his children, Michelle Bell and Michael Lovensheimer, Jr (Tara); his 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; his siblings, Judy Witt (Jim), Connie Semmler and Terry Lovensheimer; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Michael with military honors will be held on Friday, June 24, 2022, at 6PM at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home West, 4400 Dixie Highway.  Friends may call on Friday from 4PM until service time at the funeral home.
