Rice, Michael D. View/Sign Guest Book RICE, MICHAEL D., 56, of Louisville, entered into rest Thursday, March 6, 2008. Mr. Rice was a retired project manager for LG & E. He is survived by his daughter, Ashley L. Rice; his parents, James and Ruby Rice; a sister, Marsha R. Kennison; and a companion, Gayle Lashley. His funeral service will be Monday at noon at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be noon - 8 p.m. Sunday. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the American Heart Association.
