DUKES, MILDRED L., 88, of Elizabethtown, KY, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2011 at Sunrise Manor in Hodgensville, KY.
She was a homemaker, a member of Severns Valley Baptist Church and a former long time member of Lees Lane Baptist Church.
Mildred is survived by her husband, Howard Dukes; son, David Dukes (Barbara); daughter, Peggy Day (Earl); and grandsons, Scott, Todd, Chris and Drew Dukes and Billy Day; five grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service for Mildred will be Wednesday at noon in the chapel of The Heady-Hardy funeral home, 7710 Dixie Highway, with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 1-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
