Mildred Lajune Eaton "June" Share E-mail Visit Guest Book EATON, MILDRED LAJUNE "JUNE," 79, of South Louisville passed from this life on Friday December 18, 2009 in Macon, GA.
She was the former Mildred Bewley, a native of Barren County, KY, a retired employee of Brown & Williamson, where she worked for 38 years, a member of the Austin-Tracy High School Alumni, Class of '48 and a senior member of Lyons Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, Kerry D. Eaton.
She is survived by a daughter, Pamela McFarland (Kenneth); a daughter-in-law, Vickie Jarboe; grandchildren, Tammy Reed (Joshua), Rebecca Welch (Chad), Lisa Corpus (Randy), Amy Robey (Chad), Richard McFarland and Christopher Eaton; and nine great-grandchildren, Anthony, Nathan, Kaylie, Drake, Bryce, Bronson, Dylan, Aliyah and baby Welch.
A service to celebrate Mrs. Eaton's life of strong faith and motherly love will be held at noon Wednesday at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3601 Taylor Blvd., with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
