MEADORS, MILDRED (PHILLIPS), 85, of Louisville passed away Monday December 31. 2012.

Mildred was a native of Corbin, KY.

Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Joe D. Meadors; four children Connie Rae Gilkey (Marion), Joe Dell Meadors III (Rebecca), Sarah Katherine O'Connor and James Richard Meadors (Debbie); two sisters, Marie Weaver and Carol Davidson; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
