Minnie Jarrell

JARRELL, MINNIE MAE, 81, passed away on February 9, 2014. She was a retired employee of Jefferson County Property Valuation Administration and a member of Valley Station Church of Christ. Minnie was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Lew Jarrell; her son, Terry Jarrell; and brothers, Ralph and Garrett Sanders. Survivors include her sons, Ralph Jarrell, Rick Jarrell (Stephanie) and Ray Victor Jarrell (Paula); seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Lenora Wright and Betty Eye; and many friends. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m. Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the donor's favorite charity.
