HORINE, MOSSIE LEE (FRENCH), 83, of Louisville, entered into rest on Saturday, August 17, 2013, at Good Samaritan Health Care. She was a retired tobacco worker for Brown & Williamson and worked in jewelry retail. She also participated in the Kentucky Explorers group. Mossie's joy came from her family and friends and her love of life. Ms. Horine was preceded in death by her daughter, Drema McGuffey. She is survived by three daughters, Connie Dixon (Steve), Doris Gayle McIntyre, and Betty Huddleston Clark; a son, Alan Brian Huddleston (Julie); nine grandchildren, Sharon, Aleshia, Paul, Aaron, Andrea, Adam, Leslie, A.J. and Brian Steven; and 10 great-grandchildren (soon to be 11); a sister, Virginia Edwards; and many beloved nieces and nephews. Ms. Horine's funeral service will be on Wednesday at 1p.m. at the Heady-Hardy Funeral Home, 7710 Dixie Hwy., with interment following in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visiting will be on Tuesday from 3-8 p.m
