SMITH, NANCY S., 86, died Wednesday, April 25, 2012.

She was a former General Electric employee in Building 2.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Smith; and son, Freddie Smith.

She is survived by her children, Patty Burch (Tom), Joan May (Ed) and Bobby Smith; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and sisters, Faye Walker, Rachel Noble and Ethel Stamper.

Funeral Mass is 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Ignatius Catholic Church, 1816 Rangeland Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Friday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road.

Memorial gifts: Shamrock Foundation or Hosparus.
