ARMBRUSTER, NANNIE LEIGH (MACY), 88, entered into heaven on January 1, 2013 at Sts. Mary &Elizabeth Hospital.
She was a member of First Cumberland Presbyterian Church and retired from Bacons from the sales department.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Chester Armbruster Jr.; brothers, Morris and Wilbur Macy; and sisters, Anna Potts and Virginia Basham.
Survivors include her loving daughters, Patricia Cox and Donna Catlett (Kenny); grandchildren, Scott Catlett (Anissa) and Melissa Carnell (Shane); seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary Jo Peace and Ethel Scott (Garvin); niece, Joyce Rodgers; and several other nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Friday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
