Nellie Gentry

GENTRY, NELLIE (NANNEY), 88, passed away March 18, 2014. She was the daughter of the late S. E. and Nora Brown Nanney, and retired from International Clinical Laboratories. She was preceded in death by all her siblings. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Hillis G. Gentry; a nephew, Terry Moore (Lou); niece, Charlene Schabel (Ray); brother-in-law, Tommy Gentry; sisters-in-law, Geneva Netherton, and Virginia Brockette; and a host of nephews and nieces. Funeral service: Friday at 1 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West). Visitation: Thursday from 2-8 p.m. and after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. A special thanks to all her loving care givers.
