Nellie Stoops

Stoops, Nellie Pearl (Arterburn),74, passed away after an extended illness, July 5, 2015, in Southaven, MS.She was born to Comer and Mabel (Smith) Arterburn in Monroe County, KY. Nellie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.She is preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, a sister, and a granddaughter.Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Leonard L. Stoops; her children, William, Richard, Jeffrey, Patricia, and Daniel Stoops; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.Funeral services will be Saturday July 11, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., Burial will be in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
