He is survived by his wife, Elisa Gividen Turner; children, Arianna and Kaela Turner; mother, Theresa A. Turner; a sister, Mackenzi Kusters; and grandparents, Pat Adkisson, Charles I. Turner, and John Schindler. The funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Drive, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
