Norma Mattingly

Mattingly, Norma Rose (Houk),81, went to be with her Lord on Mother's Day, May 10, 2015 at home surrounded by her loving children.She was the World's Greatest Mom, a member of St. Louis Bertrand Rosary Altar Society and St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church.She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Mattingly, Sr.; and her sons, Robert, Jr. and Gary Mattingly.Survivors include her children, Michael Mattingly (Saundra), Karen Stacy (Dan), Brenda Harrod (Robert), Kevin Mattingly, Dana Mattingly, Kathy Reesor (Ed) and Michelle Towles; 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and her companion pet "Jennerose."Her funeral Mass will be celebrated 1 p.m. Wednesday at St. Peter the Apostle, 5431 Johnsontown Road with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1 - 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
