Norma McMillin, 90, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024. Born on August 25, 1934, to the late Raymond and Leola Wientjes, Norma lived a life full of joy, laughter, and love.
Norma was a vibrant and social individual who loved being surrounded by others. She enjoyed playing bingo, going out and about, and embracing her adventurous side through gambling. Her lively personality and zest for life brought happiness to everyone who knew her.
Norma is survived by her beloved daughters: Debbie McMillin, Pam McMillin, Cathy McMillin, and Angel McMillin, who will carry on her legacy of love. She was blessed with many grandchildren, including Cody Rumbugh, Cheyenne Rumbugh, Amber McMillin, Chaz Steele, and Alec Steele. Her love extended even further to her great-grandchildren: Jayden Steele, Elijah Steele, Hudson Steele, Salem Jo Steele, Christopher Rumbugh, Carson Rumbugh, Cooper Laird, Kenneth Hughs, and Jayla Jackman.
A burial service to honor Norma’s life will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Norma’s warmth, love for her family, and lively spirit will be remembered by all who were fortunate to know her. Her memory will live on through the countless lives she touched.
