She was preceded in death by her son, Douglas C. Perry, Jr.
Survivors include her husband, Douglas C. Perry, Sr.; sons, Elster and Billy Stanley; daughter, Annett Wilbert; grandson, Aaron Reesor.
Her service will be 1 p.m. on Monday at W. G. Hardy Funeral Home with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
