CLARK, OPHIA P. (PEPPER), 91, passed away Tuesday April 9, 2013 at Summerfield Manor.
A native of Hart Co., she retired from Philip Morris after 37 years, and was a member of Carlisle Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Michael Clark.
Survivors include her daughter, Vonnie Taylor (Ronnie); son, John Clark (Linda); three grandchildren, April Bracewell (John), Jonathan Clark and Angie Bridges; three great-grandchildren, Jason Bracewell, Bradley and Fisher Bridges; one sister, Gladys Milby.
Her funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: noon-8 p.m. Thursday.
