Ora Alma Starling (McCubbins) Share E-mail Visit Guest Book STARLING, ORA ALMA (McCUBBINS), 82, of Louisville, passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2010 in Camden, TN.
She was a retired employee of Jessie's Restaurant where she worked for 15 years, former member of Beth Haven Baptist Church, and member of First Baptist Church in Camden, TN.
Preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Eugene Starling; her brother, Carl McCubbins; and sisters, Lucy Goben, Gertie Gloor and Ruby Woods.
Survivors include her daughter, Verna Laha (Jim); two grandchildren, Travis and Chad Laha; and her sisters, Joyce Kingins and Geraldine Neagle.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 3-9 p.m. Tuesday.
