GEARY, PAMELA SUE, 64, of Catlettsburg, KY, finally went to her Eternal Rest to be with her beloved husband "Bubby" on March 1, 2011 at her residence.
Her husband Virgil Geary preceded her in death in 2008. She was born in Louisville on August 16, 1946 to Howell and Winnie Sowell Arms. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
She was a Member of Garner Missionary Baptist Church where she was a member of a quilting club. Pamela was a registered nurse at Cabell Huntington Hospital and for Dr. Carol Cooper. She was a member of the Eastern Star and was a Lady Shriner with El Hasa Shrine.
She is survived by her sons, Kevin Dale Geary and wife, Lisa of Ashland, KY and Christoper Lee Geary and wife, Beverly of Louisville. She is also survived by her precious grandchildren, Jenna, Jared and Jacob Geary of Louisville and Cody Geary of Ashland; a brother, Doug Arms and wife, Babe of Louisville; and a sister, Margie Lykins of Louisville.
Funeral service will be on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, Dixie Hwy., Louisville, officiated by Reverend Gary Arrington, with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation in Louisville will be from 6-8 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home on Friday evening. Visitation in Ashland, KY, will be from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at Steen Funeral Home, 13th Street Chapel.
