Patricia Elsie Cornelia Kountz ShareE-mail Visit Guest Book KOUNTZ, PATRICIA ELSIE CORNELIA, 78, of Louisville passed away Friday, May 29, 2009 at her residence. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Resurrection Episcopal Church and a member of the South Louisville L.I.F.T. chapter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Kountz. She is survived by her son, Patrick Kountz (Sabra); daughter, Diane Mott (Larry); brother, John Parker; sister, Daphane Stone; grandchildren, Michael and Kristina Kountz, Adam, Andrew and Aaron Starnes and John Kountz; and great-grandchildren, Austin Starnes, Kaylee Kountz-Womack, Jordan Kountz and Isabel Starnes. A celebration of Mrs. Kountz's life will be held 10 a.m. Thursday at the Resurrection Episcopal Church, 4100 Southern Pkwy., with interment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, Wednesday from noon-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
