TOMES, PATRICIA EMBRY, 60, passed away May 7, 2011 at the Jewish Hospital.
She was the former Patricia Johnson and a native of Mattoon, IL.
She is survived by one son, Larry E. Embry; one daughter, Shanann Heady, two sisters: Joyce McCoy and Sharon Mayberry; one brother, Gary Johnson; three grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Neurath-Schoppenhorst, 19th and Market, with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation: 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
