BAILEY, PATTY SUE (CLOUSE), 70, of Louisville, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2014. She was born in Horse Branch, KY and was a retired claims representative for Humana. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nova and Adrian Clouse. Patty is survived by her daughter, Wendi Varble (Travis); granddaughter, Lauren Varble, to whom she was a fun-loving grandmother; brother, Charles Clouse; nieces, Kim Boccoleri and Karen Clouse; nephew, Chip Clouse (Debbie); and significant other, John Kozloski. Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be Sunday from noon to - 8 p.m.
