Paul was born to the late William Earl and Ollie Marie Owens Douglas on January 11, 1951 in Louisville, Ky.
He is also preceded in death by brother Robert Douglas.
He is survived by son Paul Douglas, Jr. and Johnny Spray, along with brothers Gary and Jerry Douglas.
