WORTHAM, PAUL WALTER, 61, of Louisville passed away Tuesday May 6, 2014 at his home with his loving family by his side after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. He was a teacher for Jefferson County Public Schools, earned his masters at Western Kentucky University, a graduate of The Gemological Institute of America and a member of Middletown Christian Church. Paul is survived by his devoted wife of 31 years, Patricia Anne Rust Wortham; daughter, Laura Anne Wortham; mother, Mary Jane Buchhold Wortham; and sister, Mary Gail Wortham Beneteau (Bernard). His funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Middletown Christian Church, 500 N. Watterson Trail Louisville. Visitation will be 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday at Ratterman Funeral Home 12900 Shelbyville Road, East Louisville, KY 40243.
