BAILES, PAULINE (COOK), 87, of Louisville went to be with her Heavenly Father Friday, November 30, 2012.

Pauline was a native of Grayson County KY, and a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Ray Bailes.

Survivors include her three sons, Larry Bailes ( Nancy), Anthony "Tony" Bailes, & Steven Ray Bailes (Shannon); seven grandchildren & ten great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Monday.
