PHELPS, PAULINE (CARDWELL), 87, passed away July 3, 2013 at Rockford Manor Health & Rehab.
She was a native of Morgantown, KY, and a homemaker, she was one of ten children born to Effie and Charles Cardwell.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Eulon Phelps; and parents, Effie and Charles Cardwell; grandson, Chris Delaney; and great-granddaughter, Sophia Evelyn Monahan.
She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Downey (John) and Carolyn Sue Delaney; and two grandchildren, Kelly Monahan (Chris) and Nick Delaney (Amber); and two great-grandchildren, Arabella and Oliver Michael Delaney.
Funeral service will be12 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens (West). Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
