Pearl Smith (Easler) Share E-mail Visit Guest Book SMITH, PEARL (EASLER), 84, of Louisville, passed away January 13, 2010.
She retired as a telephone operator from the University of Louisville Hospital. She loved bowling and Wii bowling, as well as Reds baseball.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aubrey Smith; parents, George and Bessie Easler; sister, Martha Howard; brothers, Ray and Bobbie Easler; and grandson, Jared Smith.
She is survived by her children, Pamela Elzy, Bobbie Smith (Teresa) and Kimberly Forsythe (David); sisters, Pauline Bryant and Emily Jenkins; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren, with two more on the way.
Her service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West. Visitation will be Friday 3-9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Treyton Oak Towers Employee Fund, 211 West Oak Street Louisville, KY 40203.
