Perpetua Keith "Pat" Share E-mail Visit Guest Book KEITH, PERPETUA "PAT", 73, beloved mother and wife, passed away Saturday November 21, 2009.
She was a member of New Cut Baptist Church, the Eastern Star, and a Kentucky Colonel.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, John V. Keith; children, Mary Sue Dirlam (Dale), James C. Coder (Vicki), William Coder (Mildred), Donald W. Coder (Lisa), John S. Keith (Lisa) and Jennifer A. Johnson (Jeff); nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sisters, Geno Faulkenburg, Christine Pope and Judy Avery.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday at J. E. Ratterman & Son, 7336 Southside Dr., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation is 1-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday.
