Phyllis Ann "Gram" Hardin HARDIN, PHYLLIS ANN "GRAM" 70, of Louisville went to be with her Lord on Monday March 8, 2010 at her residence with her family by her side.
She was the former Phyllis Johnson, a native of Portsmouth, OH, a devoted homemaker and caregiver of many children, loved writing poetry and a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Vernon Hardin; daughters, Gwen Rhoads (Ken), Lisa Risinger (Kenny), and Beth Parli (Matt); a son, Paul Hardin (Samantha); brothers, Bradley Johnson (Cleotha) and Glenn Johnson (Mary Ann); ten grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A service to celebrate Mrs. Hardin's life will be held at noon Friday at the Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 3601 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Thursday. Online memorial at www.archlheadysouthernfh.com
