MOSELEY, PHYLLIS O'NEAL, 73, died January 13, 2012.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Seibert Clay Moseley, Sr.
Phyllis is survived by her mother, Irene O'Neal; sons, Seibert Clay Jr. (Kathy) and James; daughters, Diane McGaha (George) and Jessica Lindsey; three sisters; two brothers; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Her funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Keenan's Funeral Home, 4724 Dixie Hwy (at Rockford Lane), with burial to follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday and after 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
