TRUEBLOOD, RALPH E., 89, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012 at Park Terrace.
A native of Mitchell, IN, he retired after 30 years of service at P. Lorillard. He was a Army veteran of World War II in the South Pacific 1st Calvary Division and a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.
He is preceded in death by his first wife, Mildred Allen and his second wife, Lois Townsend.
He is survived by his two daughters, Sharon Fraze (Marvin) and Gail Wise (James); step-son, Danny Ewald (Loretta); four grandchildren, Paul Drexler Jr. (Jan), Mechelle Kennedy (Jeff), Kevin Ewald (Mary) and Brian Ewald (Natasha); and 10 great-grandchildren.
His funeral will be 11a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy. Burial is in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation: 2-8 p.m. Tuesday.
