Raymond Isaacs Sr

Raymond D.Isaacs, Sr., 83, husband to the late Betty Jean Lyon Isaacs, passed away Monday October 20, 2014 at Kindred Health Care with his daughters by his side. He was born to the late Robert W. and Susie Harvey Isaacs on October 18, 1931 in Owsley County, KY.
He was also preceded in death by his son, Raymond "Danny" Isaacs, Jr. and 6 siblings
He was a calligrapher and a wordsmith. He was a member of VFW Post 1170 and a Mason.
He is survived by his daughters Stephanie Simpson (Johnnie) and Melinda Rector (Richard) along with grandchildren; Celeste, Lucas, D. J., Jason, Chris, Brandon, Mason, and Jake and 12 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by 5 brothers including his twin brother, Donald Isaacs.
